Colour belongs to the most specific as well as the most important qualities of diamonds(as well as other precious stones).
Since the number of shades of colours is very high, estimation is given only for the colours which appear most commonly, and those which, from commercial point of view have the biggest importance.

Loupe-clean (LC)
In this class diamonds have no visible flaws (inclusions, blemishes, other defects) as well will not show any inside flaws which are bigger than 5um in diameter. Clarity of diamonds of LC class should be compared with template diamond, in which overall quality is within the allowable norms.
Very very small inclusion(s)(VVS)
Diamonds of this class will have very small inclusions, nearly impossible to spot at 10x magnification. VVS class in also divided into cub-cathegories of VVS1 and VVS2, which determin: size, position and number of inclusions, as well as overall mass (higher than 0.5kr)
Very small inclusions (VS)
This is the class of diamonds which will have very small inclusions, relatively easy to spot at 10x magnification. Subclasses VS1 and VS2 additionally determine size, possition and number of inclusions as well as diamond's mass(above 0.5kr)
Small inclusions (SI)
Diamonds of this class will have small inclusions, very easily spotted at 10x magnification.Subclasses S1 and S2 additionally determine size, possition and number of inclusions as well as diamond's mass(above 0.5kr)
P1(Pique Prim)
Diamonds of this class will have inclusions hard to notice by a naked eye, when examined from the (korony) side of the diamond
P2 (Pique secundum)
Diamonds of this class will have large and/or numerous inclusions, easily spotted by naked eye, lowering slightly diamond's brillance.
P3 (Pique tertium)
Diamonds of this class will have large and/or numerous inclusions, easily spotted by naked eye, significantly lowering the diamonds brilliance.
